As part of this system, documented procedures have been established and implemented to meet the requirements of the standard, ensuring effective Bribery prevention across all areas and activities of the company.

The Management of BIOANALYTICA throughout the company's operations:

• Prohibits all forms of Bribery, whether offering or accepting bribes.
• Implements strict anti-Bribery measures to uphold high ethical standards and protect the company’s reputation from any Bribery-related allegations.
• Requires full compliance from all employees with both anti-Bribery laws and the ISO 37001:2016 standard as applicable to the company.
• Encourages all employees to report, in good faith, any suspected, attempted, or actual cases of Bribery or non-compliance without fear of retaliation. Reports should be submitted to the Compliance Committee (C.C.) and its designated personnel.
• Enforces a zero-tolerance policy towards Bribery and is committed to conducting all business transactions with professionalism, legality, and integrity.
• Raises awareness and provides continuous training for employees on Bribery prevention through ongoing education programs.
• Has established an independent Compliance Committee (C.C.) separate from company management, which reports directly to the CEO and has the authority to investigate any suspected cases of Bribery.
• Imposes penalties in cases of Bribery or non-compliance with the Anti-Bribery Management System and takes appropriate measures in the event of legal violations.

Commits to the continuous improvement of its Anti-Bribery Management System.

The requirements of all stakeholders regarding compliance with anti-Bribery laws and participation in the Anti-Bribery Management System have been fully integrated into the operations of BIOANALYTICA S.A. through documented procedures.

This Anti-Bribery Management System applies to stakeholders involved in the execution of company projects, including all types of business partners (external suppliers and their business partners).
In this context, the Management of BIOANALYTICA S.A. is committed to supporting the implementation, monitoring, and maintenance of the Anti-Bribery Management System. The system will be periodically reviewed, revised, and improved as necessary to ensure ongoing compliance with regulatory requirements and Bribery prevention standards.
